Your Rights as a Consumer

1. Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). Please direct your statement to:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

2. Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For such reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3. Special Notes on Digital Content

The right of cancellation expires for a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has:

a) expressly consented to the trader beginning performance of the contract before the expiry of the cancellation period, and

b) acknowledged that they lose their right of cancellation upon the commencement of performance of the contract.

In this case, you no longer have a statutory right of cancellation. However, please note our voluntary guarantee below.

4. Voluntary 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

6. Refund Process

To obtain a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Cancellation” or “Refund”.
  2. Provide your full name and the date of purchase so we can locate your order.
  3. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your cancellation within 3 business days.
  4. The refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
